For joint or for muscle pain its not that much effective. No worth for price. It dosent easily merges in skin and not useful for skin too as it is too sticky.
It feels like its only a cream . As compare to price it comes in small pack. Less quantity.fragrance is not good. Truly we dont like this product. Zandu balm is better than this . So dont buy this. For severe pain you have to consult doctor.
