I traveled pune to nagpur with intercity smartbus, it was my worst decision to choose bus.we ran behind bus for 1 km .they knew we are running still not stop the bus at 11.45 pm. the driver and captan behavior was very very rude and mannerless.they have very poor quality staff .i suggest everyone go through any other vehicle but pls do not choose intercity smartbus.it gave us a lifetime memorable incident.very very bad communication of driver and captan also.they dont share driver/captaan mobile number for contact
