We family of 6 members had travelled recently by intercity bus service from Mumbai to Pune for first time with our 79 years old senior citizen mother in law. While going to Pune our bus was late by half an hour and secondly bus was changed without our knowledge to city flow, also told break for 10 minutes in lonavala and driver desipeared for 45 minutes and wasted our time.
But while coming from Pune we seriously was chetated by driver we missed our bus because of our connecting bus got breakdown just by 3 minutes we also informed him and requested him about our senior citizen who has knee problems but still he left the location without mercy he called us to 2 different locations which was too far from each other we wasted 1200 in auto. Also my mother in law had lot of trouble but still left the last location leaving us all in middle of highway. Again we wasted 1500 for cab to Mumbai since we didn't was our senior citizen to face more trouble. Bus captain and driver are very rude and company CEO IS ALSO VERY USELESS JUST GAVE USELESS EXCUSE AND LEFT THE issue unsolved. We have already forwarded this experience to all our friends and relatives so that will never use this service again. Waiting for refund and compensation.
