Have had the inverter for a little over a year. It wouldn't hold any charge anymore. When the power fails, so does the UPS. I checked the bill and it conveniently says the battery is not covered under the warranty for longer than a year. I called the customer care a week back.
They said they would send someone for onsite support. Hasn't had any calls or messages from the company. Wouldn't recommend the product to anyone. Would discourage any one I know from buying anything from this company.
