Hey I had ordered this product online and had received in next 3 days .
want to share my experience as I had see that for the last 2 years I had not seen any problem in that ups .
Battery back up is very good almost 25 min and after 2 years as well they are giving us the same backup around 20-25 min .
awesome performance with 2+3 Years warranty on the product .
I think INtec ups is only the product which is giving the warranty of 5 years and in very reasonable price,
