I've purchased Intex IN80 CDMA handset best available CDMA mobile and also expensive one for Rs. 5200/- but the deal was the worst of my life as the handset sudden stopped working and many problems arised like slow charging, slow processing, error in network etc. And everyone can imagine that if ur phone got stuck in the mid of the day then what could happen.
Then I contacted to its service center, they repaired it in a months time and soon after that the new problem occurs with the handset so I checked again with the service center they asked me to leave it again as the board is to be replaced and it will take again a months time & then also there is no surety of working properly.
Coincidentally, I met another person having same issue with the same model.
They have written that this model will support upto 8GB but in real it can't afford more than 2GB. So, what you say about the DEAL? What its mean if one have to buy more extra handset because of un-sustainability of the mobile? Why company has launched these handsets without checking them?
Company should replace all IN80 mobile phones from the market & from the customers who have bought it.
I suggest not to purchase any of the INTEX mobiles if company doesn't take any action.
