Auto rotate feature not working - some hardware related problem. -DISSAISFIED customer

I had expected a defect-free smartphone.
But the auto-rotate feature is not working even after changing the setting off and on.
Also tried re-booting the phone.
Seems to be a hardware related problem. Now I am forced to visit the service center today by wasting my quality time.
Even if they repair it, I would be getting a repaired, tinkered handset.
Quality is NOT AT PAR by INTEX.(Note: I opted for INTEX to avoid and boycott Chinese product!)
