I started my work at intelenet in 2012 known as serco, we found that they hire and they ask you to leave after training if the manager gets to know if you are from science or finance background, They wont give you an opportunity to prove yourself and my friend had the same issue, he was not paid after he was certified and they blocked his salary and they asked him to submit his originals to continue working here, though I was an undergraduate I was not in that kind of situation.
Once you join serco you need to beg for your first salary
Worst Company but cafeteria is really good
