There is no management service in the company. The salary is not on time. it will be delayed when ever the company wants. If you want to clear out the issue with the HR or any of the higher person they will first of all ignore your complaints and if you further try to generate the issue they will straight away tell you to leave the organisation. Pluse there is not fixed shifts ir rouster when there is requirement of people they will call you for login even if you are on holiday or week off and if your not present then there will be deduction from your salary.
