Instant Khichdi is one serial which does not bore the audience viewers. It is perfect rest and relaxation for the time spent viewing this serial. The serial is about family which undergo innumerable hilarious situations because of the behaviour os the elders.
The situations are brilliantly plotted and picturised. Though Praphulla and Hansa catch our imagination immediately, every character has contributed much in the success of this serial.
In the early era of Indian TV, we had Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi which had become immensely popular and had large viewership. I feel Khichadi is another of the serial which is going in this direction. Though the accent and actions, sometimes, look very childish, it really is the essence of this comedy serial. In the present TV scenario where almost all successful serials base there plots on the turbulations undergone by a family due to the schemes of a beautiful negative character and emphasise on the maximum Rona Dhona to increase there TRP, Khichadi comes like like whiff of fresh air for its concept and simplicity.
