Rude staff , held customer to enter
Its illiterate staff or management, prior time condition is there but no tag or no announcment at ticket booking y you are booking tickets on counter 1 hours before.if no allowed already customer 40 min and you movie i am counting is still not start after 15 min of time.
Is not it double standard
People comes to fun here and you ruin their mood at enterneces,

If you are such a discpline at time then why movie not start even after 10 min of movie start time and you vount on enterences timing.
Food is as high rate as comes from mars.
