The INOX at Crystal Palm mall has worst services I have ever seen in the multiplexes. The seats are dirty there and there is no cleanliness in front of the seats. Sound is average, not expected in INOX theatre. Staff is also not cooperative. The only thing that I liked was the location.
It is situated in the C- scheme which is accessible very easily. Others INOXs in the Jaipur have very good condition as compared to this. The canteen is fair, it has a good menu. But the multiplex does not worth what it charges for the movie ticket.
