Bad customer service. Review on Inkfruit

I had purchased a tshirt for my friend as his birthday gift. I had paid the amount through paypal. However the confirmation that I received showed the payment method as Cash On delivery. I wanted to call them up and inform them about the mistake but the phone was out of service, hence I sent them a email. The reply to that email came after a week or so, just saying that they were investigating. There was no reply from they what so ever after that...I wrote them couple of few more emails- still no reply. I also noticed that the bill calculation was wrong they were charging me 299 instead of 229.

In the mean time my friend's birthday came and I could him the tshirt. Now after 12 days they have sent me a message saying that you parcel has been sent. The website design is very attractive, making you fell that they are a professional company, however I guess the back end is really rotten. On the positive side should say that they have a good collection of t-shirts and their website design is very good. Hence beware dont get carried away with their false claims.

Me still waiting for my product to get delivered.
