Desperation at ING Vysysa Bank!
I have a bank account with ING Vysya Bank. Recently I received an SMS from the bank that it had started a useless SMS service and that my account would be debited Rs 10 per month for it. I have never asked for this useless service.
So I wrote to the bank and it has written back saying they are unable to do anything, that I should send an SMS to stop this service. I do not understand why such services are started in the first place without the consent of the account holder.
If you have an account with ING, please watch out for such services. The bank is trying to make some profit at the expense of account holders by these unethical and silly practices. Maybe it is managed by some beggars who think they can make some money(Rs 10) by such practices.
