Here is how they concealed information from me, made me pay a huge sum to the owner of the house after assuring me their legal department had sanctioned my loan, made me register the house after getting a pre sanction from them.
And then after lying to me about system failures and computer errors and not taking my calls - finally told me they would not disburse the loan, because they were not sure about two documents.1. they made me pay a a huge amount to the owner, as well as stamp duty, after telling me I had legal clearance.2. they took a processing fee of Rs 62000 from me, claiming that they got specialised lawyers to look at building papers. these lawyers gave a go ahead.3.
After realising that the credit department was withholding the loan, the mumbai branch with held the fact from us, for six days, making excuses about computer errors.4. and finally, they have still not given anything in writing. they are still not disbursing the loan.i used my live's savings. borrowed from my parents... and today i'm sunk. only because at the last minute the bank decides to walk out. so do me a favour and stay clear on ING Vysya Home loans. They will cheat you of everything you own.
