Utilization or coercion to utilize employees’ personal resources for company purpose. Company fires if employee uses company resources for personal use. One way traffic.!
Employees’ unintentional mistake will be highlighted, magnified, extrapolated, amplified.
Employer’s intentional cheating, lying, manipulation, fooling, exploitation, atrocities will be downplayed, concealed always although it is very apparent.
Savage exploitation. If anyone resists or points out exploitation, grudge will be kept in his head and revenge will be exacted when employee makes mistakes. If employee argues, finger will be pointed towards the door and promptly escorted out. It is called open door policy. Anybody can be fired any time without any reason, it depends on his mood. We are coming to work wondering if it is going to be our last day. No job security or prospects. No benefits of any kind. No increment ever. Only promises always.
He plays any kind of dirty game to get people join his co. & then starts exploiting them in the name of US immigration. Exploitation can take many forms. One of the most popular trick to persuade employees to incur expense and promise to reimburse. Once employee submits, fools employees. You would have heard about cash payments, credit card payments, bitcoin payment, barter system etc. In infinite, there is another kind of payment. It is call green card payment. Instead of reimbursing employees money for the expenses they incurred on behalf of the company in good faith based on the instructions of the mgmt., he will say” I am going to submit your green card application”.
Since he micromanages everything, you need to deal with a huge lair, fraud, thug, thief that steals employees’ money, a barbarian that abuses, intimidates, threatens, berates, stairs, fools employees.
Everything about this company is fake. Huge propaganda without any substance. The promises will become hollow when it becomes due. Management makes unbelievable promised to place employees in hi-tech, blue chip technological companies in US that seem to be true good to be true. It is a trick to persuade employees to worship him and continue to work at a very low salary for long hours. By the time an employee realize it, it will be too late.
Wooing young people by saying “We do Green Cards”.
The same way a grown up person fools a child by offering a toy, and then withdraws the toy when the child reaches, little cheating man promises, promises, then promises, again promises once again promises, US immigration to employees, but won’t honor on due date.
This company makes mockery of US immigration system by submitting all kinds of fake paperwork. The owner is a lip exercise champion. He does spectacular fireworks with words to trick young h1b aspirants to believe he will actually fulfill his promise. He has fooled so many people by promising, giving hope and then cheating when it is his turn to perform his part.
In this company the “rules, procedures and expectation” will not be communicated in advance to employees, so that employee is aware of the “rules, procedures and expectation” and take informed decision. The rules will be made on the spot when there is a dispute and always against employee and always in favor of the employer.
There is no word called “shame” in their dictionary. MGMT is shameless Dracula who wants to drink your money. Joining infinite is like bungee jumping to a crocodile infested river. Working infinite is like walking over burning coal. Quitting infinite is like escaping from wile animal.
Infinite mgmt. does not do any good to a consultant than a mosquito does to a human being. The same way a mosquito fly around and drink blood, no matter how many times we drive it away, infinite mgmt. shamelessly approaches employees with crooked plans, promising green card umpteen times and drinking their money whenever get a chance.
Working and making money for infinite is like feeding milk to snake as there is no gratitude when employee has needs or trouble finding project. The main trick is to paint rosy pictures and repeat fake promises infinitely and utilize and milk employees dearly. Mgmt. is a bunch of shameless goons, gangsters that use verbal fraud, slum culture, intimidation, coercion, persuasion to rob and loot employees. Check with countless victims & ex-employees.
Many directors, VPs, senior people including CEO and cofounder quit in the recent years as there is no end in sight for cruelty. One such person is Director Operations “right hand man, 2nd in command, trusted aid, staunchest ally, all weather friend, top confidant, henchman”. He will do anything for GC. The moment he got GC, his loyality ceased, he resigned and quickly started distancing from infinite. He was more loyal to infinite than the owner. If infinite is a good co. as he portrays, how come this happen?
Tyrant authoritarian dictator monarch runs this co. using his iron first, with draconian rules, treating his employees like slaves, purging any resistance immediately, ruthlessly. MGMT has “Everything should go to my tummy my tummy my tummy” mentality . Hey, hey, every body has got tummy.!Very low salary & insane working hours+ promise to bring to US on L1 visa.(Never believe the promise)
You will be asked to do menial job for which you are neither interested nor applied for because “we are a family”. To rephrase his words and actions, “if you want GC, do menial job”. Never give out tracking no., so it is impossible to know if they filed the h1b paperwork. Ever increasing demands, infinite demands which at sometimes sound ridiculous, bizarre, wired.
This co. desperate and eager to utilize employees to the maximum possible extend
Intentionally telling lies and then justifies “ I did not know” or “I did not hear”
This kind of silly, cheap excuses is not what employees expects from the management of US based co.
President, if you succeed in cheating, don’t think that we employees are fools and idiots, but that we trusted you more than you deserved and we believed that promises will be honored.
This company is run by an uncivilized person whose dialogue will be like slap across your face.
Abuse, misconduct and deceit of employees is pervasive and persistent

Shame is not in his dictionary; Don’t ever trust his words; trust his actions
It is a “promising co.” no shortage of promise to lure employees to work at very low salary for long. Never ending promise of L1, H1b, B1 & GC! WHOAA!

Countering every genuine negative reviews with multiple fake positive reviews to maintain star rating. He doesn’t not care reviews. It is either “his way or highway”.
