I, PRASAD.A.S.R had placed an Order(ID 13153364) for purchase of MICROMAX CANVAS A350 BLACK on 04/06/2014 by remitting full bill amount to INFIBEAM.Com. They have sent me confirmation of receipt of bill amount, stating shipment will be despatched on 06/06/2014 and can be delivered on 10/06/2014. Since no despatch has been made on 06/06/2014, I started enquiring / reminding them about shipment of mobile from 07/06/2014 and they never executed the Purchase Order neither indicated any specific date of despatch till date, hence cancelled the Order today while requesting refund of my amount and credit to my bank account. INFIBEAM service is the WORST I have come across among Online Shopping Websites.Please don't encourage these kind of fraud / inefficient Online Shoppers.
