I ordered a BenQ LED monitor on 11th of September, 2015 with Order ID # 16790528 and was told that the ordered will be dispatched by 15th of September, 2015 but till today(24th September) it hasn’t been shipped from their end.
For this reason I have called them enormous times and was replied rudely. First I called them twice on 15th and was told that the your product will be shipped by the end on 15th that’s so I waited till 6.00pm but nothing happened so I called them again and they apologized me and told that we will take a complaint and please allow us 24 to 48 hours to work on this. But nothing happened and again I had to call them on 17th and after speaking for almost 25 minutes with a customer executive twice I told that I want to speak with some manager or a senior of you. That guy tries to forward this call to his manager but the call was ringing for 7 minutes and so the customer executive apologized and assured me that he would arrange a call back.
I got a call back from a manager in the afternoon on 17th and was told that the product would be shipped by today afternoon. So I thought that chalo the issue was resolved. But to my surprise the product wasn’t shipped and I had to call her and again the same history has to be told to the customer executive, so I told that I wish to speak with your supervisor which he forwarded and after a long chat with the manager I was told that he will look into the issue and get back to me.
Again I got a call from them the same evening and was very rudely told by a manager that there was Ganesh Chaturty in Mumbai(their ware house from where the product was gonna be shipped). I was quite pissed of and told him that this is being very inconvenient and so I told that I want this product to be shipped in from your end as early as possible and compensation for the inconvenience caused.
Previously I spoke with a lady and she told me that she will look into the case personally and assured me that we will look into the compensation matter. But this manager who was on call with me on 17th told me that the product was at its cheapest cost and so there won’t be any compensations.
The manager also told me that he already spoke with the concerned department and the product will be shipped within 4 to 5 working days.
I was not happy with his rudeness and as I didn’t have any option I kept the call. The next day I received an email saying that the shipping date for my order has been changed to 23rd September.
So today(24th of September) I called them again and again had to repeat the same story and again they told me that we will take a complaint and look into the matter and again allow us 24 hours.
Please tell me does someone wait for 14+ days and another 5 days for courier guys(Total 20+ days) to get the product delivered.
When there is a delay I should be informed first handed by email or a call or an SMS, but nothing to check the status I need to call them and tell them the whole story which doesn’t have any impact on them instead I get their empathies and all bullshit statements.
When you cant keep a promise never give an assurance.
Check your resources and provide a straight forward answer.
The managers and customer executives are very rude.
I am really not happy with their service and also suggest my friend and other people to stay away from these Jokers as they are rude, unprofessional and not at all bothered about their reputation. They will very rudely with an attitude say that we are what we are. How can such web site exist with such pathetic service and ignorance with no management atall. See Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, Ebay or any other website they are great and superb in their service. If anything goes wrong from their end they assure it and compensate it with all that they can, Even if you speak with any superiors they will readily forward the call. Listen to me and pay extra for products on other websites but never trust them as they will never return your money or your product.
