They have a highly publicized flower delivery service but that doesn't seem to work. I had earlier used them twice and they delivered the flowers on time but this time I actually placed two back to back orders to the same address and both were delayed for more than a week.
Then I had to cancel the service and they are delaying the refund, saying it will take minimum 7 to max 20 days!.
They don't seem to have any bar of customer appreciation and seem to be very casual about it..
