I just had the worst experience in online buying from this website. I'm an NRI, used to buy lots of stuff online from ebay and other online shops and never had any issues. This time I went to buy a mobile for my family in India. I paid online at the same time I bought it using Paypal. They didn't deliver the mobile in 10 days (while they say they will in 2 days in their website).
I tried to contact their customer service and finally they got back to me saying they don't have the colour I'm after in stock and they can send the phone if I go for another colour. I just wanted to get the phone as that was intended to be a birthday gift and the day already passed by. Now, it's been another 12 days since they promised me that they will send another phone. Until this time I haven't received anything and lost my money. No response from customer service even after trying to contact them for several times.
I'm now scared to try other online shops in India as I don't want to loose my money and time following up these issues. So, my advice to you is NEVR EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM INFIBEAM.COM.
