I am writing review about infibeam.com. I used it because I purchased electronic goods from them . One day I ordered a Sony Home threathre via infibeam and paid full amount at the time of order .The product information had 2 - 3 days for shipping. Its been almost 4 days now and I can see my order has not even gone to processing stage . When I called up customer care I was made to wait 15 min queue just to hear the customer representative saying that product is delayed because of holidays . I can understand if their courier company delays because of holidays but I fail to understand what stopped infibeam from shipping the product. Also to my shock I came to know that 2 - 3 days shipping means , the product will be shipped in 3 days but no guarantee when it will reach the customer .please guies stay away from infibeam.com
