Poor website and unbelievable support. I ordered karbonn a9+ on 17th feb order id 10209270 through visa credit card and after inquiring for the product for 3 weeks.
I received a message order is cancelled because unable to contact. I am still waiting for them to return money back :( to my surprise this product had a message : : ships within 24 hrs
Absolute shame!
