Paid 23K for a laptop that never started up. Review on Infibeam

I think the title says it all. This company has defrauded me of Rs. 23000. I ordered a Lenovo laptop from them & the machine never started. When I called them & reminded them of their Replacement or Refund promise, they asked me to send my aged parents to a Lenovo service center to get it repaired! If I have to do this, then why not buy from some guy on the street?

When I posted these comments on their Facebook page, they blocked me from commenting & deleted my comments! Good way to prevent people from telling the truth about them.

I am still struggling to get what I paid for: a brand-new undamaged, un-repaired laptop. Meanwhile, I called my credit card & told them to classify this as a'fraudulent transaction' & block the payment to Infibeam. I urge everyone NOT to trust this company & safeguard yourself.

I have often ordered from Flipkart, Jabong & Snapdeal and I find them to be safe bets, so go with them.
