I am shopaholic man mostly like to buy product online on different websites Flipkart, Snapdeal etc.
First time I tried it on Infibeam & to my surprise I got very worst experience with this site.
Major Cons of this Portal by my personal experiences.
No Refund Policy At all.If you bought anything here your money has gone forever weather you like product or not.
Very slow customer service, no response to your emails.
Rude, Insensitive customer service staff.
Chances are you will mostly receive Damaged product, no proper packaging & handling.
No professionalism to dealing with customer.
We have very good other websites for online shopping so If you love your time & money then avoid this website for shopping.
