Infibeam is a fraud company . Review on Infibeam

I ordered philips trimmer order id 9711621 from infibeam ..when it came to me I found that the box was not sealed .I asked the delivery boy why it is so. He claimed that he did so to take the bill out of the box and charged me Rs 50 . I was completely startled I was charged with the octri charges .but when I made my payment online it was nowhere mentioned that the octri charges will be taken by DTDC it was claimed to be free shipping ....completely deceived

2)when I opened the box  I found that the trimmer has already been used .There were hairs on the trimmer and inside of the box.I immediately  contacted the customer care no .one of the representative picked up the phone and asked me to send the snapshots of the same .I mailed them 4 times .they dont care even to revert back untrained custosmer representatives. I called back the customer care no again and again each time charging me 10 to 12 Rs to claim back my 50 Rs which has been over charged and also the return of the product .Again the same thing happened they gave me the lame suggestions that they will transfer the money on my infibeam account (to make me shop again ) however I told them to transfer the same to my SBi account no .Till date I have not received my money

3)Regarding the return merchandise authorization after much follow up they finally created the same no 7921 however no one came  guys lets come together and drag them to the court and bring the culprits to book.dont buy anything from this unscruplous people and spread the message as much as you can and bring down and destroy their business
