In Oct-2012 my outstanding amount was Rs. 81, 371/=. I made the payment of Rs. 81, 000/= in Oct-2012. Rs. 371/= was the remaining amount in Oct-2012. In Nov-2012 they generated another bill of Rs. 2, 796.01/=. I have called customer care support and written multiple mails to them but to no avail.
Now, till Feb 2013 have been charging interest rate heavily and generated bill of Rs 4, 622.64/=.
More over I have called them no of times to convert my total outstanding into EMI's but after following-up of 6 month they never provided me EMI option.
My advice:-
Indusind Bank is gang of CHEATERS AND ROBBERS.
They don't provide EMI's, be careful don't avail loan/credit card facility at any cost.
Customer care is pathetic.
If in need of credit card go for ICICI/HDFC or any other bank but INDUSIND is a 'STRICT NO'.
