I was just going through some other reviews on Indigo Airlines. I do not know how could somebody praise this airlines. I never ever had good experience with this airlines, although I encountered them thrice. The flights are hardly on time, they are cancelled just without assigning any reasons and no flights are taken off in case lesser seats are booked.
They do not even care to inform you if flights are cancelled. I encountered their staff at Kochi airport on day and can't believe how can they be so apethtic, non-courteous, they showed no cooperation on the matter. Inflight experience is also ridiculuos.
While writing all this, I am not comparing the airlines with the likes of Kingfisher but they are not even far far comparable with Spicejet and AirDeccan which have improved a lot over time. Wake up Indigo guys before you have to shut down your operations.
