Indigo Airlines is the worst flight I have ever travelled. I was travelling to my native place from Mumbai to Cochin, I usually go in Jet Airways or Air India but I had an emergency so I only got Indigo.
I reached at the airport, check in was done and I went to the baggage counter, the staffs were inappropriately putting my bags on the scanning machine, not only me but they were behaving rudely with almost every passenger.
As I had my online ticket print, they wrote the gate number on the same paper and told me to go ahead. My gate number was A5, 27.
I reached near the gate and sat in the waiting area.
Somehow I was feeling a little uncomfortable and restless, I thought of checking the gate number with a staff sitting there.
I asked about the gate of indigo airlines and she told me it was A7, 27.
I was really angry and the time was running out, I hurriedly walked towards my correct gate number.
When I finally boarded the flight I was relieved.
But still worst experience ever
