Indigo Airlines is not as great as it sounds.My experience with Indigo Airlines was worse than ever.In the check-in counter there were long queues and there were no benches provided by them so that their customers could sit and relax themselves.The boarding passes were not provided on time which irritated me to a great extent.The flight attendants were not at all interested in serving their customers and they somehow wanted to complete their work even if a customer was not satisfied with their service.The sitting place was not at all comfortable and all the comfort has been reserved for the business class.This sort of discrimination made me angry.I asked the readon for this but they replied me to mind my own business.They donot know the meaning of punctuality.A flight which was to arrive 4 hours ago arrived after 6 hours.I would request each and everyone to boycott this Airlines.
