I booked a ticket to fly from Delhi to Chennai a month before my travel. I thought its a very good deal on the market. A day before my trip, the airlines called me and said that they cancelled my ticket. Bcos, the flight is overbooked, I guess. They didn't give me enough statements to explain correctly. The issue is I bought a round trip ticket. They just cancelled my outbound ticket...but, not inbound. I requested for alternate flight. They said all our flights are overbooked for 2 days. So, I said ok, cancel my trip and refund my money. They said since I am cancelling the inbound, I have to pay the cancellation fee on it. After calling them 20 times, without any use. They don't listen to you at all. I ended up with 600 rupees loss and my emergency trip was cancelled. Please don’t book on this airline, if you are going for emergency trips. Worst service& worst terms.
