My first flight tour experience was with Indigo Airlines and it was a nice and easy one.
Indigo has its impression to provide the cheapest air tickets in India. So my first tour to Delhi from Bhubaneswar was in Indigo Airlines. The payment procedure was online and it was an offer time during November. So I bought 2 tickets of me and my wife and its cost was very cheap at a total cost of 8000 per head to & fro.
The check in counter was clearly visible. Though there were lots of checkout being done for safety reasons at Biju Patnaik International Airport. The check in was comfortably done with lugguage. The Indigo personnels working were very cooperative and assisted me very well. The flight attendents were nicely dressed and well behaved and were giving comforting gestures throughout the journey. The flight was on time so it was no problem at all
Any issues, they were attending very well. They presented the demonstration nicely for emergency situations. It felt little bit odd to express for first time users.
Only an awkward scenario was the sitting comfort. The seats were packed and looked to be like old 3/3 bus and no push back system. Space seemed to be very less. A healthy person may not feel comfortable if long journeys are to be made.
Overall a good tour & cost effective but should be more spacious for people paying a good price for.
