I happened to travel on Indigo recently from New Delhi to Kochi and back and I must admit I was most impressed with the kind of service I saw.
Having been used to third rate service provided by Air India (out of job related compulsions), this came as a welcome change. The air hostesses were cheerful, polite and spoke well. The service was prompt, the dress code was eye catching and over all there was this unspoken pride that exuded from the staff that showed that they were happy to be part of Team Indigo.
Barring the fact that on both legs I was in a seat that could not recline (
