I booked Indigo Flight to travel between Delhi & Bangalore on 11th April, 2014. I made the booking in the month of Jan, 2014. I got a message in April, 2014 that my flight is preponed by 70 minutes, not able to get the reason at all since I need to travel from a distant location to Delhi via train to catch this flight, so I requested Indigo call centre to accommodate me on the next available flight because it would be impossible for me reach the airport as per new schedule & I wouldn't get reservation in train at such a short notice. Inspite of their inefficiency in keeping the flight on time, they clearly denied to help the customer.


They are there to fool customer & charge them heavily for cancellation. Finally I was not left with any option but to cancel the flight ticket & lose my hard earned money.


I always prefered Indigo due to their punctuality & that's the reason I opted for Indigo this time as well. But, now I wouldn't follow it anymore.
