My experience with Indigo

I flew with Indigo for the first time today. I had heard that Indigo's service was good as compared to other airlines(read: Spicejet) . Here is what I experienced:


I flew Delhi - Mumbai on the 14:45 6E189. The flight took off almost on time and landed on time. The seating was comfortable  (thanks to Airbus and has to do nothing with IndiGo). But unfortunately here all goodthings about IndiGo end.


All other low cost provide atleast a small bottle of water except IndiGo. If you want water, that will be Rs. 30 sir!


No cotton plugs available on board


The food is cold as no oven on the flight(to save fuel costs)


No ketchup served with anything you purchase


No hot beverages(tea, coffee) available


The air hostess are unfriendly to the extent of being rude, uncaring and indifferent.


Also, she made some pretty awful mistakes while announcing the expected arrival time(17:50 instead of the actual 16:50) and didn't bother either to correct or apologise
