I travelled in indigo bangalore-chennai.


At checkin itself I was told there would be a delay of one hour in takeoff. Fair enough I think.


Later saw that every airline to chennai except for king fisher was delayed due to air traffic condition in chennai.


I got a seat of my preference(and contrary to some reviews I read here, I did not have to pay for it).


The flight crew were extremely well dressed, smart and very professional.


I did not have time to try out any food on board.


I felt these guys are much better than deccan(totally unprofessional) and spicejet(delay masters).


One thing I observed was that the crew were giving water to only those who asked for it.


Probably this is something that can be improved. It can get quite messy if everyone started pressing the attendant button;-)


Pros: Very professional and cordial crew


Cons: Saw none on this trip .( will keep udating this:-)
