I boarded on an Indigo flight 6E-6488 from Agartala to Kolkata from Agartala Airport on 9 December at 9: 30 am. It was raining heavily outside but seeing the weather condition also , all the passengers were forced to walk to the plane from the boarding gate. I got wet and my hand bag too.
This kind of service was not accepted from such a good airline. I have flying IndiGo for the last two years but this was the worst experience I ever had.
