Ordered an Exercise Cycle on 23rd Sep in Indiatimes Shopping. Haven't received the Product yet. Almost 21 days and I haven't recieved any calls/email from Indiatimes. I sent an email on 4th Oct to enquire the status and recieved a reply on 10th august saying "the mail has been transferred to concerned department". I am still waiting for their response. Worst online purchase, I have ever done. I have paid for the product and still waiting for it to get delivered.
No status update from Indiatimes and I we call customer call, they say "System is down so please call after an hour". I even tried to cancel the Order, customer care says that the order is processed and left for delivery on Oct 3rd. But, nothing has happened. They are not able to give any courier referenc or tracking number.
These people are having an online purchase system without any logic.
