I had purchased "Combo Offer - All In 1 Card Reader +gel Mouse Pad +keyboard Skin Cover For Laptop+usb Vaccum Cleaner". The price was Rs 199.00. The order was placed on May 16 2010 and till now I have not received the order. People is customer service are pathetic and they are not well trained to deal with customers. I have sent so many emails but I never got any reply. I had also sent an email to the operations head and still waiting for the reply.
I spoke with customer service few days ago and they said that the money would be refunded in few days. I spoke with customer service right now and this person said that he has taken a complaint for the cancellation and refunds. God knows when my product will come.
I have done some shopping at Ebay.in and it has always been a wonderful experience. Generally ebay sellers ship the item in 1-2 days , that's what I have noticed.
But indiatimes is pathetic, never go for indiatimes shopping.
