Indiatimes shopping truly sucks! In all possible ways:
cheap and dirty products on sale with v.little or no product info.
seldom deliver [its been 2.5 months in my case] after payment
send broken or wrong product [i should have realized ITS was so in my 1st attempt]
1 of their customer care number doesn't exist
there are stupid customer service assistant sitting who can say nothing but we are limited.
these customer service asst. don't mind keeping you on hold for good 1 hour.
there is no escalation beyond the stupid customer service. asst.
Theres standard stupid response on email. they don't ever call back as they pose.
you don't get your product nor money back.
they promise to have product picked up if there's a product complaint and that never happens.
Upload photo files with .jpg, .png and .gif extensions. Image size per photo cannot exceed 10 MB
