Pathetic customer service Never buy from indiarush. Review on IndiaRush

I ordered a sennheiser headset order no. 100009703 worth approx . 4000 rs .from the world's most pathetic company Indiarush.com operated by arnit retail pvt ltd based in Malviya Nagar and in return they have offered me pathetic agent service, unprofessional language speaking people, where in they don't know what to do.

They have sent me the confirmation mail for reverse pick up about a month ago and the Courier guy which they sent they took the product somewhere else in Ahemdabad. However, when I contacted this company indiarush.com they said they never arranged pick up for me as it cannot be done but when I said you have sent me a mail for that she said it will take another 2-3 days as I was frustrated I said if its not done within 2 days I will take a legal action, she said take any action you want as we are not afraid of Police Or Law. So I thought I must contact consumer forum.

Through them I got to know about the Directors of the company. Do not buy anything from this website as it's been running by some unprofessional people who doesn't even have phone lines just one mobile number which is always busy ....
