I had ordered Kangana Ranaut Raw Silk Zari Mirror Work Orange Unstitched Bollywood Style Suit - ANA1 on 3rd of November 2015.

It took too long for them to deliver the item. So, I gave a request to cancel my order. I did not even receive this item.
I was trying to reach Indiarush customer care for refund, but the mentioned number was busy every time.
After trying for several days, I could talk to the customer care executive of Indiarush. I was told that refund request will be processed soon.
However, nothing has happened till now.
Its 2 months now since my money left my account. And Indiarush does not feel any obligation to return the free money.
I need my money(Rs. 1399) back to my account for an item which I did not even touch.
