Always less staff for custmer service in any branch. staff service is excellent but management is not good. interest rates of all products are higher than all banks except agri jewel loan( 7% ). profit oriented. miser bank of modern india. buy all chep products from market.management depends entirety on staff service. all tech products like ind pay etc. are only temporary working. overall I advice not to prefer this bank.
