Army life. Review on Indian Army

My dads an army officer and he got commissioned in the army in 1971 and immediately went to bangladesh for the 1971 war and came back with 3 bullets.i have seen the pain he still suffers and though we army kids enjoy ourselves in army parties and bada khanas and mess parties and the ladies with kitty parties and all,our fathers work everyday.though I must say army life is the best ,one gets a lot of facilities which you dont get in civilian life. Though the pay isnt that good the respect you get makes up for it, im proud of my father and all the defence officers who serve our country.army families keep on getting posted to different places so due to that I have been able to see many different places and meet new people.there are many differnt units my dad was in 19 martha light infantry but after the war wounds he got transferred to ordnance and now we are in pune which is a lovely city and the cantonment areas very beautiful.the national defence academy is in pune where young cadets get trained to be future officers in the three forces amd later on they go to IMA in dehradun where hey get trained to become army officers.
