Hi friends, If you are looking for a job change then my review is very useful for you to take right decision.
I am writing this review on the basic of my 1.8 years of experience with Indiamart.com. If are going to join indiamart.com then you should not even think about appraisals and promotions and you must be ready to work in extreme work pressure. Although, they have a pre-fixed goals for their employees which needs to be achieved in order to get appraisals and promotions. But I believe that those targets are not very easy to achieve.
So, I suggest you that:-
1)If you are a fresher or you have a experience of 2-3 months to 1 year then you must join indiamart.com. You will learn lots n lots of things here which will help you to work hard and grow in future.
2)If you are working with Indiamart.com from more than 2 years then it's time to think about better opportunities.
