IndiaMart website is not a credible site. They are having nexus with sellers on products that are being sold. They provide fake Trust certificates for sellers to entice buyers.
The sellers sell old/damaged products and when a customer requests a return/refund, those sellers don't care.
IndiaMart does not take any responsibility either. There are a lot of fakes on this site, so I would urge all customers to be cautious while purchasing products from INDIAmart.
