I have bought a few products so far on this shopping website. Now, I would like to share the problems I had been through. A few things yet consistently annoying me are:
The product information was not quite enough and moreover, only one or two pics used to be available.
Whenever I was trying to buy costly products, I wanted to go for the EMI option. But everytime I used to encounter the problem that EMI is not available.
Whenever I didn't have money at the spot, I was loving to go for the COD option. But, they wanted me to be paid the amount first itself.
Most of PIN codes weren't eligible. Sometimes, I had to put nearest area's PIN code.
Customer service was atrocious. They were neither responding to calls nor messages. In this case, you will fail in delivering the problem you have encountered.
So I wouldn't like to suggest this to anyone who is searching for a good shopping website.
