This is corresponding to the order no 346661. I hv ordered for a cake worth Rs 1225/- on 12th March. My order got cancelled from their side on 13th march and I didn't get any intimation through mail. Only after I called(as the cake was not delivered) then I get the cancellation mail. I didn't get the refund yet. I was told to wait for 7days to get the refund. But it didn't happen. Then I was told for a coupun code which I denied to take and intimated through mail. Then I again was told to wait for 7more days to get the full refund. Still I did not get the refund. Now they r telling to wait till 15th. Now I am quite sure they r not going to refund. It's a fraud shitty company.I m going to complain this issue to the consumer court hopefully as the service is very disgusting. They don't take customer seriously and take them for granted. Unprofessional fraudulent staff. This company should be closed.
