I placed an order for which there was no delivery fee. It was mentioned that the delivery will be free.
After I made the payment, they sent another link asking payment of INR275 in the name of delivery fee which was shocking as delivery was to be done in the city.
I immediately rushed to their chat support which denied any relief.
I asked for refund(7 minutes after placing the order), they plainly denied it.
I repeatedly tried calling/chatting which they disconnect.
This is plain scam in broad daylight and I am sure I am not alone.
