Do not.. I repeat.. DO NOT waste your time ordering from here. I've had one of the worst experiences. I ordered a midnight cheesecake cake. I even paid extra charges for the night delivery. As expected, I didn't receive my cake that night; but I did receive it, the next day evening, from my neighbors. I was at home the whole day. They clearly didn't want to deliver it straight to me, as they had already been very late.
I didn't want to make a big deal about this. I opened the box and it clearly looked like the cake has been dropped a few times and stuck back together. Being very furious at this stage, I contacted the customer care. This was their response:
*We spoke with my delivery boy – the cake was delivered from my Pimple Saudagar shop and was super fresh just made and sent for delivery.
When delivery was attempted receiver was not at home so delivery boy handed the cake to her neighbor at 11:45 a.m. and had strictly instructed to keep cake in fridge. Delivery boy also called receiver but his number was not answered. Neighbor didn't keep the cake in fridge and for sure cheese cake will melt if kept out of fridge for 4.5 hrs.*
I'm very close with my neighbors and they actually got offended seeing this mail. I'm out of cash, no cake, nothing. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
