Beware. they offer u loan at low price later it'll b increased.I availed a loan at 8.4% and it got increased to 12% within 4 months time after disbursement. it's high time cheating. don't get blocked with these folks. I went with Indiabulls only because my property is pre approved with Indiabulls. Now Increasing interest rate to this level is cheating the customer. Mailing/Calling to the customer care is of no use. Such an unprofessional behavior. Go with HDFC or ICICI. they are much better.
